When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Preorders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days once the items are in stock, preorders can take 2 to 7 weeks to arrive at our facilities. Once they are in stock the standard processing times are applied. If your order contains in-stock items and preorders, your whole order will be processed and shipped together once preorder items are in stock.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at info@brothersmerchandise.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. USPS only allows missing mail searches after 20 days from the date the item was received.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We accept returns up to thirty (30) days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Almost every item in the store should have a sizing chart, please refer to it before
making your purchase to ensure the item you're ordering is correct. If a sizing chart is unavailable for any reason, we will happily answer any questions you may have by
contacting info@brothersmerchandise.com.

For exchanges, please email info@brothersmerchandise.com or reply to your shipment email with your order number and the exchange you’d like to make. From there we will process your request. It is the customer's responsibility to cover all shipping charges for the return item and new exchange item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as
possible at info@brothersmerchandise.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We offer worldwide shipping through USPS and DHL.

USPS

  • First Class Package International Service 6 – 30 business days
  • Priority Mail International 6 – 10 business days  

DHL

  • International Shipping 7-21 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are
incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brothers Merchandise LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do you price your postage?

All shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your
package.

How are my items going to be packaged?

All garments and other non-fragile items will be packed in soft mailers and bubble
mailers to reduce weight and save you money on shipping.

Fragile items ie: vinyl records, posters, lithographs, and breakables will be packaged with high-quality extra durable packing materials, for posters, we use Yazoo Tubes (the strongest tubes on the market), for vinyl we use Whiplash LP mailers (the strongest record mailers on the market), all other fragile items will be boxed and securely bubble-wrapped with extra reinforcement.

Shipping weights for fragile items tend to be higher due to the extra durable packaging but our shipments have a 98% success rate of arriving without any damage to the contents.
